GHOULS NIGHT OUT - Ages 18 & UP
Join us for a 2 hour class where we will decorate SIX Halloween designs! I will provide helpful tips & techniques so you can decorate gorgeous cookies! All the baking, mixing, bagging (and clean up!) is already done, so you get to focus on the fun! Ticket includes 1 beer ($7 value).

Cookie Class Q&A
Join us for a fun cookie decorating experience! You will decorate 6 Halloween themed cookies during a 2 hour class. You don't need to bring anything - I will have your cookies (plus a few mini cookies to test out your skills), icing bags, step-by-step instructions and a box for your to bring your amazing cookies home in! You'll walk away with a set of decorated cookies, a basic recipe for sugar cookies and royal icing, and a small goody bag! Your class ticket also includes one Caboose Beer valued up to $7 that you may enjoy while decorating your cookies! (If you're under 21, there are non-alcoholic options).
POLICIES
1. Cancellation Policy:
Unexpected things happen in life - I get it! I will allow you to cancel up to 5 days before the class. If you have a friend who would like to participate, I will allow you to transfer your ticket to that person. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, a class credit will be issued to you and redeemable for up to 1 year from the class date. I cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class. A lot of prep goes into each class, including cookies, icing, and other supplies for each student.
2. How old do I have to be?
Recommended age is 18 and up. Every attendee must have a ticket. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.
3. What Will I Learn?
A brief overview of royal icing consistencies including what terms like flood and stiff mean as well as the purposes of the different consistencies, as well as info on the tools of the trade, such as piping bags & scribes. And you'll get to try out multiple decorating techniques!
4. What's Included?
Everything you need - cookies, icing, tools, and sprinkles/embellishments. As a BONUS, I'll provide you a goody bag with a few things: a tried and true sugar cookie recipe (not my secret recipe), a royal icing recipe, plus all the details to recreate the cookies on your own at home (no need to try and take notes during the class!) And of course, a small cookie treat!
5. Do I have to wear a mask?
Masks are not required, but are always welcome! Please understand that we cannot guarantee a covid-free environment and you attend at your own risk.
